Commission basis sales & leasing agent

This position is on commission basis. We offer a high commission incentive.

• Responsible for full sales & leasing process including Viewing, Follow up, Contract delivery and Cheques collection.
• Provide all necessary information on all aspects of properties to clients.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Follow on all leads received to reach their final conclusion.
• Should be aware of all existing and upcoming properties status, facilities, amenities, locations, prices, etc.
