Café Manager | Qatar | Specialty Coffee Brand We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CAFÉ MANAGER to lead one of Doha’s most vibrant specialty coffee locations. If you thrive in fast-paced hospitality environments, have a passion for coffee culture, and know how to inspire teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences – this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards

Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and service staff

Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination for coffee, pastries, and merchandise

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue targets

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand presentation standards

Handle scheduling, shift planning, and payroll coordination

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and warmth

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on promotions and seasonal launches

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in café, F&B, or hospitality management

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with specialty coffee equipment and service styles (e.g., V60, espresso, cold brew)

Fluent in English

Available for immediate start in Doha
