Job Type : Full Time, Permanent Wage : QAR17,600.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month Responsibilities
Constantly reviews and advises improvement opportunities related to service quality and operational procedures to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborates closely with the Head (VP) and Head of Strategic Planning in the development of all market research and provides timely feedback. Ensures collaboration across sales groups to broaden the scope of sales. Ensures teams are aligned with company policies. Maintains confidentiality of the company\'s information and enhances the company\'s reputation. Ensures sales resources have received appropriate training for sales methods, relevant technologies, and tools. Identifies training needs of the salesforce and designs and evaluates training in coordination with human resources. Reviews the performance of the respective country\'s salesforce as well as the design and estimation group and provides constructive feedback and development opportunities. Qualifications / Requirements
At least ten years of experience in sales of sanitaryware products. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory function in a similar market. Experience : sales supervisory : 5 years (Required).
