The Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring the overall project schedule for large-scale infrastructure and technology integration projects under the Smart City program. The role requires close coordination with multidisciplinary teams (civil, MEP, ICT, OT, and system integrators) to ensure that project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved. While previous Smart City experience is an advantage, candidates with strong planning and scheduling expertise in large infrastructure or MEP projects are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
(resource and cost loaded) using Primavera P6, covering all project phases from
design to handover.
subcontractors and vendors to ensure logical sequencing and visibility of
dependencies.
milestones, and proactively recommend mitigation measures.
sub-contractors and track owners to ensure accurate progress updates and
forecasts.
reports, including delay analysis and progress variance summaries.
baseline to reflect actual progress and incorporate verified weekly updates
received from subcontractors and track owners.
stakeholders in a timely manner and ensure such events are properly documented
and recorded through official channels.
in developing delay analyses and EOT submissions.
meetings, design reviews, and coordination workshops with internal and external
stakeholders.
revisions are properly documented and controlled.
potential schedule risks, constraints, or resource bottlenecks early and
propose corrective actions to prevent delays
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
Management, or a related field.
Primavera P6 is mandatory.

10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably including
exposure to IT, ICT, or technology infrastructure projects.
