Qualifications

Must have :

Engineering degree with 10 years’ experience in project execution, preferably in an engineering / EPIC firm.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office tools, especially MS Excel / Power BI.
At least 7 years’ experience handling FEED and detailed engineering projects.
Knowledge of EPIC work processes.
Experience in Middle East countries is an advantage.

Nice to have :

Certification in project management eg : PMI, AACE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Main accountabilities : To develop a schedule compliant with the selected execution strategy; plan to mitigate risks and reduce costs; define and optimize necessary resources (E‑P‑C‑I); define the planning and scheduling system (methods, time‑schedules, physical progress, dashboards, etc.).

Define for the Management, the Proposal Manager and the Estimation Department a contract duration realistic and feasible for execution by Technip Energies.

Responsible for the development, updating and maintenance of project planning & scheduling system (methods, time‑schedules, physical progress, dashboards, etc.).

Define the project breakdown structures.

Plan in order to mitigate risks and reduce costs.

Support client approval process of the schedule baseline by providing accurate data.

Get client approval of progress claimed or milestones achieved to enable invoicing.

Increase project team member’s awareness of the project milestones, main durations and critical paths.

Monitor and control the project status, detect any delay and propose corrective actions to mitigate risks and prevent any delay when assigned to the project.

Estimate the delay linked with changes and claims and prepare the extension of time analysis, in case of delay due to client.

Provide project feedback and lessons learned to improve the planning & scheduling methods and provide input to the statistics of the planning department.

Manage the planning & scheduling team (if any), mainly on small and medium‑size projects.
