AC Helper

Job Description

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and piping systems under the supervision of skilled personnel.
• Support electricians, mechanics, and operators during routine inspections and servicing tasks.
• Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning equipment, sweeping, hosing down areas, and removing sludge or debris.
• Help with loading, unloading, and transporting tools, equipment, and materials within the plant and between sites.
• Operate basic tools and equipment such as shovels, wrenches, pressure washers, and hand carts safely and effectively.
• Assist in the setup and dismantling of temporary work areas or barricades during maintenance or emergency repairs.
• Follow all safety procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE and following lockout / tagout protocols when required.
• Respond promptly to requests from operations or maintenance teams during emergencies or breakdowns.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Carry out other tasks assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same field.
