Job Summary :

The Manual Printing Operator is responsible for manually printing logos, labels, or designs on polypropylene (PP) woven fabrics and FIBC products. The operator ensures accuracy, quality, and consistency of printed materials while following production schedules.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform manual printing on PP woven fabrics and FIBC products according to production requirements and specifications.

Set up printing frames, inks, and stencils to ensure proper alignment and consistent print quality.

Monitor the printing process to detect and correct defects such as smudging, misalignment, or uneven ink application.

Inspect printed materials for quality, ensuring adherence to company and client standards.

Clean and maintain printing tools, stencils, and work areas to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Record production output, material usage, and any incidents of printing defects.

Collaborate with production supervisors and quality control teams to meet daily targets.

Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while handling inks and chemicals.

Report any major issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors for timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Manual Printing Operator or in similar printing roles in PP woven bag / FIBC manufacturing.

Knowledge of manual printing techniques, inks, and stencil handling.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent printing quality.

Ability to work under production pressure and meet deadlines.

Basic understanding of safety standards in handling inks and chemicals.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with different ink types suitable for PP woven fabrics.

Familiarity with quality control procedures for printed fabrics.

Knowledge of industrial safety standards in manual printing operations.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive printing tasks.

Ability to handle rolls of PP woven fabric or printed materials safely.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to inks, noise, and machinery.
