Responsibilities

• Prepare pricing and quotations, including minimum order quantities and delivery agreements.
• Set final prices, margins, and quotations for new products or services.
• Provide minimal technical support to customers as required.
• Promote sales of new or additional products via phone, email, or personal visits.
• Maintain awareness of competitor activities and market trends.
• Employ countermeasures to outperform competitors.
• Prospect for new customers and prepare / present quotations.
• Develop and prepare product delivery agreements and coordinate with technical / production teams for final review before customer approval.
• Assist in resolving customer account and receivable issues.
• Deliver technical presentations to customers when requested.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and gross profit targets.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers, ensuring timely and efficient response to inquiries and orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, technical, and manufacturing) to meet customer expectations.
• Prepare pricing quotes, gather data, and create sales reports or presentations.
• Visit customer facilities for selling, demonstrations, and training when required.
• Research and resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to product issues.
• Document and report customer feedback promptly, initiating credit adjustments if necessary.
• Use CRM (Contact Management Database) to record activities, customer interactions, and trip reports.
• Maintain a reliable and professional communication flow with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Participate actively in promotional activities, product demonstrations, and exhibitions as needed.
• Ensure punctual, reliable, and consistent service to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
