Job descriptionMinimum 12 years of relevant experience 7 years in FM in the Gulf 3 years on large-scale mechanical projects In-depth knowledge of elevators, escalators, pumps, plumbing systems, and irrigation Supervise maintenance of mechanical systems and infrastructure Ensure effective operations of hydraulic and plumbing systems Diagnose system failures and implement long-term fixes Coordinate testing, commissioning, and upgrades of mechanical equipment Maintain compliance with operational safety and performance standards Fulfill all general engineering responsibilities as outlined in Civil Engineer JD
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- MME (UPDA) certified
