Facilitate the pre-approval process for patient treatments and procedures with various insurance providers. Liaise effectively with insurance companies to ensure timely approvals and accurate documentation. Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility for patients. Collaborate closely with medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination of insurance-related processes. Maintain detailed and accurate records of insurance claims and approvals. Address any discrepancies or issues in insurance claims to ensure timely resolution. Stay updated with insurance policies, guidelines, and industry changes to ensure compliance. Requirements

Proven experience (number of years) working as an Insurance Coordinator or in a similar role within a healthcare setting. In-depth knowledge of insurance procedures, specifically in obtaining pre-approvals. Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with insurance companies and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for maintaining records and processing insurance claims. Knowledge of Qatar's healthcare insurance landscape is preferable. Relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare administration or insurance-related fields is a plus. Benefits
