Overview
The sales executive is responsible for managing existing corporate clients' accounts and generating new clients' accounts. The role involves building trust and acting as support for prospects by ensuring they lead to potential future sales.
Responsibilities
- Creates business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
- Visits customers and potential customers to evaluate their needs or promote products and services. Prepares weekly and monthly reports and follows up on payments.
- Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researches and recommends new opportunities and profit and service improvements.
- Customer relationship management including attending tenders related to customers, submitting quotations, following up on feedback and responding to customers\' enquiries and emails in a time-efficient manner.
- Receives and processes customers’ orders in accordance with department internal procedures and conformity with the set agreements.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
Qualifications
University graduate3 to 5 years’ experience in corporate sales and a strong client portfolio.Driving license in Qatar.Arabic speaking is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
