Sales Executive - Corporate role at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts EMEA .
The role holder will contribute to the performance of the hotel by applying the skills acquired through past experience in the Sales Department. As a Sales Executive, the candidate is responsible for soliciting, selling, and contracting rooms within the assigned market. The focus is on driving group bookings and sales leads, increasing conversion, and month-end reporting and tracking of account production.
Responsibilities
Entertains and conducts hotel inspections with clients when required.
Establishes an efficient trace file to ensure that all business booked is properly tracked.
Develops a good knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering & PMS systems.
Good problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
Alongside these key competencies, the incumbent will demonstrate the fundamentals of the company’s Count on Me! Service culture to be responsive, respectful and deliver a great experience.
