Facilities Planner

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive facilities plans to optimize space utilization considering future growth and changing business needs.

Conduct regular assessments of facilities to identify maintenance requirements and potential areas for improvement.

Oversee and manage contractors and vendors involved in facilities projects ensuring quality of work and adherence to timelines.

Develop and maintain accurate records of facilities assets maintenance schedules and project documentation.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to facilities management.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any field.

Minimum of 5 years experience in planning and scheduling Soft Services activities.

Strong understanding of facilities management principles and best practices.

Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
