Overview
A skilled PPM Planner is required to manage and optimize preventive maintenance schedules across multiple facilities. The role involves planning maintenance activities using CAFM systems, coordinating with teams and vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and generating performance reports to support operational efficiency.
Your role
Preventive Maintenance Planning
- Develop and manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules for all building systems and assets.
- Use CAFM systems to plan, track, and update maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and mandatory requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
Coordination & Scheduling
Schedule maintenance activities across multiple facilities and coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors.Organize spare parts inventory to support emergency and planned maintenance needs.Monitor completion of all jobs (reactive & planned) within agreed timelines.Data Analysis & Reporting
Use data to predict maintenance needs and optimize resource allocation.Generate monthly reports on PPM performance, compliance, and cost efficiency.Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems for technical service operations.Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to FM best practices, health and safety standards, and Qatar regulatory requirements.Support audits and provide accurate CAFM data for client reporting.About you
BSc or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.Preferred : Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent.Minimum 3 years in the same position within Facilities Management.Overall 7+ years of experience in FM or maintenance planning roles.Hands-on experience with CAFM systems, asset management, and PPM scheduling..Skills
Proficiency in MS Office, CAFM software, and ideally Primavera.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to interpret technical documents and manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of FM and MEP maintenance principles.Experience in asset lifecycle management and inventory control.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, JDE) for asset / equipment management.Rewards & benefits
