Area Description / Role Summary
Serve as the subject matter expert to analyze, design, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales / Customer Service / Field Service) to meet the specific business requirements of the Real Estate company.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Configure Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Lead / Opportunity Management for property sales, Customer Service for tenant relations).
- Develop training materials and conduct end-user training.
- Work closely with the Technical team during customization and deployment.
