Job Description This high-profile role within the Core team involves implementing the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring that service delivery and construction practices comply with QM standards. Responsibilities include auditing workmanship and materials to meet QCS and BS standards, organizing quality audits on subcontractors, and ensuring corrective actions are completed. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures. Lead and mentor a team of QA / QC professionals. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement areas. Apply statistical process control methods to monitor production processes. Collaborate with teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Manage quality-related projects and initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001. Develop and deliver quality training programs. Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging techniques. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Minimum 10 years of QA / QC experience, preferably in engineering or manufacturing. Experience with Road / Highway O&M Contracts and Performance-Based Contracts. Experience working outside the MENA region. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, SPC, and Lean Six Sigma. Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving. Excellent project management skills. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and QA software. Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and standards. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel within Qatar.
