Qualifications Skills Proven experience as an HSE Officer in Oil Gas EPC projects preferably in refineries Relevant certifications NEBOSH IOSH or equivalent Knowledge of Qatar safety regulations and international standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team GCC experience is preferred
