HSE Trainer

Description

We are seeking an experienced HSE Trainer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental training, with a strong ability to engage and educate employees on best practices and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
• Prepare training materials and documentation for compliance purposes.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions, both in-person and online.
• Monitor and report on training outcomes and employee performance.
