We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Trainer with strong knowledge of Virtual Reality (VR) technologies to support an upcoming project. The ideal candidate should combine expertise in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) training with a passion for technology-driven learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging HSE training programs using VR platforms and immersive technology.
  • Customize VR training modules to align with project and client requirements.
  • Guide participants through VR-based safety simulations and ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide improvement feedback.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate VR into broader HSE training strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HSE Trainer (minimum 5 years preferred).
  • Strong background in Virtual Reality (VR) technologies and digital learning tools.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot VR hardware / software (e.g., Meta Quest, HTC Vive, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English (Hindi / Urdu knowledge is an advantage).
