Overview
The Workshop Controller will be responsible for overseeing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, efficiency, and utilization rate. They will also focus on smart and efficient job card allocation, address underperformance issues, and handle high demands under pressure.

- Track and analyze KPIs related to workshop productivity, efficiency, and utilization rate.
- Allocate job cards efficiently to maximize workshop capacity and output.
- Identify and address underperformance issues among workshop staff.

Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role in an automotive or mechanical workshop environment.Strong analytical skills and ability to track and analyze KPIs effectively.Knows the formula in calculating Productivity and Efficiency rate.Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.Leadership qualities to motivate and manage workshop staff.Knowledge of automotive workshop operations and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams and departments.Skills
