The Ned Doha is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on driving business within the Qatar corporate market segment , strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the overall commercial success of The Ned Doha.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Qatar corporate market to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build, grow, and manage strong client relationships with key corporate accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue them to expand market share.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and competitor activity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Competencies
Minimum three years’ sales experience in Qatar, ideally within a 5-star hotel environment.Proven track record in the corporate segment of the Qatar market.Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.Strong understanding of local market dynamics and client relationship management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.What’s In It for You?
