Overview

Barista - Doha, Qatar. We are looking for an experienced Barista to work in our café in Doha. The successful candidate will possess 1+ years of experience and will have a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, organized and passionate about coffee. This position offers a salary of 1800 QAR per month. Responsibilities

Take orders from customers and prepare drinks according to specified recipes Ensure that all drinks are prepared correctly and quickly Assist customers with their selections and provide recommendations as needed Take payments from customers and process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the cafe – including counters, tables and floors Monitor stock levels for all ingredients & supplies required for drinks preparation Keep up-to-date on new products or promotional offers available at the café Qualifications

1+ years’ experience as a barista or in related roles such as serving or bartending Knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques & recipes Ability to work well under pressure during peak times Excellent customer service skills – ability to engage customers in conversation and provide a positive and memorable experience every time they visit the café Knowledgeable about different types of beverages (coffee, tea, etc) Benefits
