Barista

Barista - Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barista and possess exceptional knowledge of various coffee drinks and brewing techniques.

Responsibilities : - Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately - Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages according to our standards - Ensure quality control of all drinks served - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times - Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures - Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any questions or concerns - Restock supplies as needed throughout the day - Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements : - Previous experience working as a Barista preferred - Knowledge of coffee drinks, brewing methods, and latte art is essential - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary : Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location : This position is based in Doha, Qatar.

Nationality preference : Preference will be given to Indian nationals.

Language requirement : Fluency in English is not required for this position.
