Overview

Experienced Waiter / Server in Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Pakistani / African Nationals) We are currently hiring for an experienced Waiter / Server to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Waiter / Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. This position is suitable for men and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner Present menu and provide recommendations to customers Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Serve food and beverages to customers according to established standards Check on customers throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area at all times

Requirements

Previous experience as a waiter / server in a high-volume restaurant setting Excellence in English communication; Arabic proficiency is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with ease Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed during shifts

Salary and Benefits

Salary : 1600$ per month, along with tips. Additional benefits include health insurance and annual leave.
