Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E) Experience Level : Entry level Experience Length : 1 year Responsibilities

Provide excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction Take customer orders and serve food and beverage Make menu recommendations Greet and escort customers to their tables Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses Inform customers about the day\'s specials Take accurate food and drinks orders - Communicate order details to kitchen staff Arrange table settings and maintain tidy dining areas Follow all relevant health department regulations Provide excellent customer service to guests Requirements

Minimum academic qualification of SSCE Proven experience as a waiter / waitress Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system Active listening and effective communication skills
