QA / QC Manager - Oil & Gas Construction

We are seeking an experienced QA / QC Manager to join an international contractor working on a large-scale oil and gas construction project in Qatar.

The successful candidate will lead all aspects of Quality Assurance and Quality Control, ensuring that construction, fabrication, and installation activities comply with international codes, client specifications, and project quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and client requirements.
• Oversee and coordinate QA / QC teams, including inspectors, engineers, and document controllers.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all quality-related matters.
• Conduct quality audits, inspections, and NCR management to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
