Overview

Waiter / Waitress – Umm-Said, Qatar. We are currently hiring for the position of a Waiter / Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the customers have a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner Take food and drink orders accurately Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to customers Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals Handle customer complaints or issues with tact and professionalism Process payments accurately using POS system Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with setting up tables, preparing condiments, and other tasks as needed Requirements

Malayalee nationality preferred Ability to communicate in basic English is an advantage, but not required Previous experience as a waiter / waitress is not required but is preferred Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Must be able to stand for long periods of time Ability to provide excellent customer service Good multitasking skills Able to work well in a team environment Salary
