Playroom Attendant (Qatar)

Our client in Lifelinks International Resources, Inc. , a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is looking for Playroom Attendant for the Qatar!We are looking for female candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel or school setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children’s activities to ensure safety, well-being, and age-appropriate play.
• Engage children in games, storytelling, arts and crafts, and other interactive activities.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by regularly sanitizing toys, play equipment, and play areas.
• Enforce rules and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and promote positive behavior.
• Assist with child drop-off and pick-up, ensuring proper identification of guardians.
• Observe and report any unusual behavior, incidents, or injuries to management and parents / guardians.
• Provide basic care such as helping with snacks, bathroom assistance (depending on age group), and comfort when children are upset.
• Organize and rotate toys / equipment to keep the play area engaging and orderly.
• Support social development by encouraging sharing, cooperation, and respectful interaction.
• Communicate effectively with parents / guardians about their child’s activities, progress, or any concerns.
