Overview

Account Technology Strategist - Public Sector, Education at Microsoft. Lead Microsoft’s technology strategy as the virtual CTO for a key set of Middle East Public Sector Education customers, orchestrating education teams and Partners to achieve more by leveraging AI and other Microsoft solutions. Design and drive leading-edge technology initiatives with customers, supporting their desired business outcomes and Microsoft’s objectives. Collaborate with Education Account Executives and a multi-functional v-team across the Microsoft product portfolio and partner ecosystem to build and grow relationships with technology executives and advance AI solutions that enable customers to adopt and embrace AI technologies. Responsibilities

• Customer AI and Security Strategy Leadership - Document and articulate the customer’s business objectives, technology landscape and AI and Security strategy.
• Technology Relevant Trusted Seller - Drive Microsoft business growth including partner co-sell motions and governance around consumption and intent to use.
• Technology Leadership across Solution Areas - Lead AI (including data and migration) and Security conversations across the customer’s technology landscape, aligning them to business priorities.
• Industry Knowledge - Apply expertise in customer businesses, technology platforms and the education industry to build AI strategy aligned to business outcomes; challenge assumptions with constructive dialogue.
• Applies expertise to identify and inform the development of education industry sales kits and education industry partners within the customer’s vertical.
• Articulates and understands education industry market trends, customer threats, opportunities, and growth barriers as they relate to the customer’s broader industry.
