Job Summary

To be responsible for providing high‑quality manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments while maintaining a clean and sanitized workstation at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all Spa and Hotel departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
• Consistently contribute to a positive work environment.
• Be aware of all products / services that are offered.
• Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and job skills, showing enthusiasm to increase knowledge.
• Handle any guest / customer complaints, ensuring necessary follow‑up.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of business dealings.
