We are seeking a highly skilled Aruba Certified Expert - Campus Access Switching (ACX-CAS) to join our dynamic IT Services team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Aruba's campus switching solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of network architecture, design, and implementation. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our clients' network performance and reliability, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal user experiences. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and project managers, to deliver innovative networking solutions tailored to meet specific business needs.

Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain Aruba campus access switching solutions to enhance network performance.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing network infrastructures, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Aruba networking products.
• Train and mentor junior engineers on Aruba technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within deadlines and budgets.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and support to the sales team.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
