Senior Expat Planners - Build & Civil

Objective : Planning / Project Controls Large Scale Building & Civil projects Reporting to : Project Director / Senior Management Subordinates : 10+ Duration : Permanent Desired start date : Immediate Gross monthly base salary : EUR80-100K tax free Other Benefits : Full Expat Package A University Diploma / Degree in Engineering preferably with a track record of planning on medium to large size building projects. Irish / UK / Western contracting experience preferred. 10 years in the construction / engineering industry with a minimum of 4-5 years experience in planning. Conversant with precedence networking with full working knowledge and proved usage of Primavera P3 software. Experience in planning multi- projects with logic & a resource interlinks setting up and maintenance of Critical path networks including updating reporting and implementation of logic and resource changes as required.
