Bartender

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join at a luxury 5-star hotel in Doha Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent customer service skills and a friendly and outgoing personality. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to guests according to their preferences and company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area including stocking and restocking supplies
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner providing excellent customer service
• Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Create and recommend new and innovative drink recipes
• Handle cash and credit transactions ensuring accuracy and following company procedures
• Adhere to all alcohol serving and safety regulations
• Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming events promotions and specials
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
• Perform opening and closing duties as required
• Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
