Greet each guest promptly, courteously, with eye contact, a smile, and good posture. Maintain a clean bar area, process payments, and ensure correct inventory management. Assess customer needs and preferences; make recommendations for drinks, snacks, etc. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Focus on providing an excellent guest experience. Set up and clear tables to standard in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. Complete additional duties assigned by the supervisor and maintain cleanliness of dining areas and equipment. Respond to inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice. Ascertain guest satisfaction and handle any issues that arise. Maintain daily / weekly inventory sheets. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Arrange bottles and glasses attractively. Seniority level
