Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Architect with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design development process progressing projects from concept stage to Issued for Construction (IFC) and Issued for Tender (IFT). They will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines to meet all engineering regulatory and sustainability requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs after concept stage to schematic design (SD) stage through detailed design (DD) to IFC and IFT.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including MEP structural electrical and sustainability teams (GSAS).
• Ensure compliance with local municipality requirements for official submissions.
• Have a great background in Qatar s district regulations and guidelines to ensure all designs adhere to zoning and planning rules.
• Collaborate closely with consultants contractors and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and validate design submissions to maintain quality accuracy and constructability.
• Utilize advanced design software to create highquality architectural drawings and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

Bachelor s degree in architecture.
