ServiceNow Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design : Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design a ServiceNow solution that meets those requirements.
• Implementation : Responsible for implementing the ServiceNow solution working with developers, administrators and other stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation.
• Integration : Responsible for integrating ServiceNow with other systems in the organization such as HR or IT systems.
• Customization : Customize ServiceNow to meet the specific needs of the organization, developing custom applications, workflows and integrations.
• Testing : Responsible for testing the ServiceNow solution to ensure it meets requirements and functions as expected.
• Documentation : Create documentation of the ServiceNow solution including requirements, design and implementation details.
• Training : Provide training to end-users and administrators to ensure successful adoption and use of the ServiceNow solution.
