Welcome to Your Next Adventure! The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, security, and overall functionality of the company’s physical premises. This includes managing building systems, coordinating repairs and maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting efficient facility operations. The Facility Manager ensures that the work environment is safe, well-maintained, and conducive to productivity.

The Magic You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (optional but preferred).
• Proven experience (3–5+ years) in facility or property management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors and contractors.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with facilities management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies outside regular hours, if needed.
