INJECTION MOLD MACHINE OPERATOR

Job description

Operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure efficient and consistent production of high-quality plastic parts.

Perform machine setups, including mold changes, material loading, and process parameter adjustments, to meet production requirements.

Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform basic maintenance, such as cleaning and lubrication, to minimise downtime.

Conduct regular inspections of molded parts, identifying defects and implementing corrective actions to maintain quality standards.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and ensure workplace safety.

Monitor material usage, minimising waste and optimising the use of raw materials to control production costs.

Collaborate with the team to meet production targets, ensuring timely completion of orders and adherence to schedules.

Responsible to give correct output with the material consumption.

Monitoring and recording GMP and maintenance activities.

Ensure machine runs at optimum productivity without impacting quality.

Experience

Min 3-year experience in Plastic Line.
Husky Machine Experience in preferred
Min 2-year experience in PET Preform / Jar / Bottle & PP / HDPE Closure with Injection Molding .
