Production Foreman – Cable Tray Manufacturing

About the Role

We’re looking for a Production Foreman to lead our fabrication and production team in manufacturing cable trays, ladders, trunkings, and related accessories . This role requires strong technical skills, leadership, and hands‑on experience in metal fabrication and machine operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily production and fabrication activities to meet project schedules.
• Review production plans, assign work to staff, and monitor materials and manpower.
• Ensure the correct use of machines, tools, and materials needed for production.
• Check and inspect all products during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure all finished items meet specifications.
• Oversee and maintain all dies, punches, and machines — ensuring they are fully functional and coordinating any repairs or fabrication of spare parts.
• Dies and punches are specialized tools used in shaping and cutting metal during production.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to production team members.
• Maintain reports, records, and ensure all work follows company safety and quality standards.
