Overview

AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced HSSE Specialist to join our team for projects across varying sectors and various locations within Qatar. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in Qatar.

Your role

• Assist in developing and implementing HSSE policies and procedures in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support risk assessments and hazard identification activities for FM operations.
• Monitor and report on HSSE performance metrics and assist in incident investigations.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions to employees and contractors.
• Maintain accurate HSSE documentation and records for audits and compliance checks.
• Assist in emergency preparedness planning and drills.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure HSSE requirements are integrated into daily operations.
