The ideal candidate

Bachelor of Education or Degree with a PGCE in Primary Education

NPQH

Previous experience in a comparable leadership role

Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and guide teams effectively

Strong background in staff management and performance evaluation

A dynamic and effective leader who serves as a positive role model

Familiarity with international school environments and best practices
