Project Manager, Interior Fitout

Our client, a renowned leader in luxury interior design, is hiring a Project Manager - Interior Fitout, to be based in Qatar.

As Project Manager, the role will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and final delivery of interior design and décor projects. This role involves comprehensive site management, rigorous quality control, coordination of materials and labor, and close collaboration with the Operations Manager to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

• Follow up with implementation works and materials purchase
• Review the plans and apply them to the sites
• Follow-up workers (labors) and contractors
• Follow-up the abstracts and ongoing projects
• Check up sites’ measurements / dimensions and organize as-built drawings to be approved with execution manager
• Review as-built drawings received from contractors and match them on sites
• Provide solutions on sites and coordinate between contractors as per operations approved from execution manager
• Follow up task completions from the side of contractors
• Review and check the payments
• Organize a timetable on following up the sites and provide a weekly report for the execution manager
• Provide monthly report on all ongoing projects and submit to the execution manager
• Provide solutions for all sites problems with collaboration with the execution manager

To be suiteable for this role you will need to hold a Bachelor or Masters degree in Interior design or Civil Engineering with at least 6 years experience.
