We are reaching out regarding an exciting opportunity with Our Esteemed client, who is seeking to appoint a qualified Data Privacy Consultant . The selected consultant will lead the implementation of a comprehensive data privacy framework in alignment with Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (PDPPL) , GDPR , and other global privacy standards

This is an outsourced position, you will be employed by HyperThink Systems- (Payroll- Qatar) and seconded to our prestigious end-client. The initial contract is for 12 months, with the possibility of annual renewal.

Experience Required : Minimum 10+ years

Academic Qualification : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

Start Date : Immediate or as per notice period

???? Role Overview

The consultant will be responsible for :

Developing privacy policies, procedures, and controls

Addressing gaps identified in Sidra's recent data privacy assessment

Ensuring compliance with healthcare data protection standards

✅ Candidate Requirements

10+ years of experience in data privacy implementation

Expertise in Qatar PDPPL, GDPR, or similar frameworks

Healthcare industry experience (especially patient data protection)

Certifications such as ISO27701, CDPSE, CIPP, CIPM, or equivalent

Familiarity with privacy-enhancing technologies and data discovery tools

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to meet Sidra's vaccination documentation requirements
