The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with setting up new businesses in Qatar, including Free Zone and Mainland company registration, licensing, documentation, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities :

• Advise clients on the most suitable legal structures for their business in Qatar (LLC, Branch, Free Zone, etc.)
• Handle end-to-end company formation process : trade name reservation, initial approval, license application, and documentation
• Liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g. MOCI, QFC, QFZA, GTA, etc.)
• Ensure timely completion of registration, visa, and license procedures
• Maintain updated knowledge of Qatari business laws and regulations
• Provide regular updates and support to clients throughout the formation processInformation## Desired Skills & Experience###
• Requirements :
• Proven experience in company formation or business setup consultancy in Qatar
• Strong understanding of Qatar’s legal and regulatory framework
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Organized, proactive, and client-focused
• Familiarity with Free Zone and Mainland setup processes
• Must be currently based in Qatar or willing to relocate
