Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Senior Social Media Manager

to lead the digital marketing and content strategy for our restaurant brand. The ideal candidate is

based in Qatar ,

Fluent in Arabic , and has a

strong background in restaurant or F&B social media marketing . You will be responsible for overseeing

photoshoots, video production, creative content development , and

paid social media campaigns

to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all platforms. Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the restaurant industry. Plan, direct, and manage

photoshoots and video shoots

for food, beverages, events, and brand storytelling. Create, schedule, and manage

high-quality Arabic and English content

(posts, reels, stories, captions, etc.) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and other platforms. Manage

social media advertising and post boosting , optimizing campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and ROI. Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to guide strategic decisions. Stay up to date with

social media trends, platform updates, and food / lifestyle marketing trends . Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments, and build an authentic online community. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, and influencers to create visually compelling and consistent brand content. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to align social media activity with promotions and business objectives. Qualifications

Based in Qatar

(mandatory). Native Arabic speaker

with

excellent English communication skills

(spoken and written). Minimum 4–6 years

of experience in

social media marketing , including the

F&B sector . Proven experience managing social media accounts,

photoshoots, video shoots , and

paid post boosting . Strong knowledge of

social media analytics , insights tools, and ad management platforms. Creative and strategic thinker with strong storytelling and visual direction skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
