To lead the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supply chain operations, ensuring seamless integration between technology, logistics, and business objectives.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics for WMS and supply chain projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with IT, operations, procurement, logistics, and external vendors to ensure alignment.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and escalate issues proactively.
• Lead the design, testing, and deployment of new WMS features / modules.
• Translate business and warehouse needs into system requirements.
• Ensure proper integration of WMS with ERP, transportation, e-commerce, and last-mile delivery systems.
• Drive system optimization for inventory accuracy, picking efficiency, and real-time visibility.
• Serve as the main point of contact between tech teams, warehouse operations, and business leadership.
• Align cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service).
• Manage vendor relationships (software providers, 3PLs, automation vendors).
• Report project status, risks, and ROI to leadership and stakeholders.
