Key Result Areas :
Manage the operational delivery of digital programmes and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed standards.
Coordinate across QFIT and entity stakeholders to ensure alignment of project activities with QF’s digital strategy and institutional priorities.
Oversee the preparation of delivery dashboards, KPIs, and progress reports, providing clear visibility to the Director, Digital Programme Delivery and QF governance forums.
Monitor and control project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring escalation and resolution in a timely manner.
Support the integration of AI, automation, and data-driven tools into delivery processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with enterprise / cloud architecture.
Manage the transition of completed initiatives into BAU operations, ensuring appropriate handover, documentation, and adoption.
Work closely with the Head of Digital Adoption & Change Management to ensure business units are engaged and solutions are fully utilised.
Build collaborative working relationships across QFIT, entities, and external vendors to support programme success.
Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Director, Digital Programme Delivery.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum preferred.
8–10 years of relevant full‑time work experience, with at least 4 years in project or programme delivery roles.
Proven experience managing digital or IT delivery portfolios in complex, multi‑entity environments.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and reporting standards.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage risks, and deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
