About the job Senior System Administrator Qualifications / Experience Required : Minimum Qualifications : University Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Equivalent from a reputable university. (Masters degree preferred)6-7 years relevant experience in Information Technology / Information Systems filed with relevant accreditationJob-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical) : Hands on skills on Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, Share Point, VMware, Hyper-V, Server security. Solid Cloud experience, preferably in Microsoft 365, MS AZURE & AWSHand on experience in Installing and configuring Blade, IBM Power server and Hyper Converged Server infrastructureKnowledge and experience of Load Balancers, MS SQL, Identity Management System, Veritas Net Backup, SAN / NAS storages, and Email Archiving.Hand on experience in Patching and Patching software for servers and clients.IT Architect Skills, ITIL CertificateIndustry Certifications (e.g Microsoft MCSE, VMware Cert, etc)Strong conflict management, facilitation and resolution skills
