Location : Gewan Island, Qatar

About the Role :

As a Barista at Wooderful Life Qatar, you will be the heart of our café, preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll ensure that every cup we serve meets our standards for taste, presentation, and consistency, and that every customer leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to our exacting standards.
• Greet, serve, and engage with customers warmly, building positive relationships.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently and safely.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar and seating area at all times.
• Handle cash, card transactions, and point-of-sale operations with accuracy.
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines.
• Assist with stock management, inventory counts, and replenishment of supplies.
• Support teammates in busy periods and contribute to a positive team spirit.
