Designer 3D MAX

Responsibilities

Work in multidisciplinary collaborative design teams with architects, interior designers and building systems engineers.

Space planning, selecting finishes and furnishings of interior environments with attention to architectural, engineering, sustainability, ergonomic, constructability, business‑use and cost factors.

Demonstrate creative problem‑solving, organizational skills and a good understanding of construction documents, detailing and constructability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design.

13 years of experience with the design and documentation of architectural / interior projects.

Demonstrated proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) – Autodesk Revit Architecture / AutoCAD.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).

Design talent, graphic presentation skills and effective verbal communication skills.

Experience with graphics / rendering software (SketchUp, Adobe, 3D Max, Maya, Rhino, etc.) is highly preferred.

QID & NOC is required to change sponsorship.

Nationality : India, Sri Lanka, or Philippines.
